MESSAGE FROM
THE FOUNDER
After twelve years as an IT engineer in Japan, I moved to the United States. During twelve years there, I worked in import and export operations connecting Japan with overseas markets and learned to navigate differences in culture and business practice.
Raising children abroad also gave me a renewed appreciation of Japan’s strengths and a clearer view of the challenges we must address.
We call these five capabilities the Five Arrows for Life. Together they develop knowledge, health, responsible living, respect for others and the financial understanding needed for independence.
Business has also taught me that a good solution alone does not move people. Progress comes from understanding the other party while protecting the client’s interests and building an agreement that can actually be carried out.
MISHUGLAY combines consulting, IT and AI, negotiation, education and training, and representation. When necessary, we bring in the right specialists and build a focused team to move from clarity to decision and action.
